We are a pediatric neuropsychology clinic which means that we provide evaluations for individuals ages 4-22 with various conditions. We are not currently offering Autism diagnostic services.
If you would like your medical insurance to help cover the cost of your appointment(s), please have your provider fax us a referral form at 855-702-2520. Our referral form can be downloaded here.

After we receive your referral, our office will review it and contact you with either clarifying questions or to set up an appointment.
